Orders & Payments
Add your chosen quantity of products to your basket, then click the Proceed to checkout button which appears at the bottom of your basket on the right-hand side of your screen.
Our payment provider is Stripe. You can pay using major credit/debit cards, and you’ll also have options such as Klarna, Revolut and Amazon Pay.
If you change your mind and you have not opened the packaging, damaged, or used the products, you can return them for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. See our Returns Policy for details.
You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately once payment is received. Once your product is ready for dispatch, you’ll receive an email or SMS from DPD confirming they will be receiving the parcel and your delivery details.

Free delivery is available for Mainland UK orders over £75 (including VAT).
Order cut-off time (UK mainland only): Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00pm (local UK time) are eligible for next working day dispatch and delivery where stated above.
Orders placed after the cut-off or at weekends: Orders placed after 1:00pm on a weekday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next working day and dispatched accordingly. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days.
What “next working day” means (UK mainland only): If your order is placed and accepted before 1:00pm on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered on the next working day (subject to carrier operations and any exceptional delays).
No, we currently do not deliver outside the UK mainland and islands.
Once your order has been dispatched, you can follow its progress in the DPD tracking app using the delivery code provided.

Products
Each product page indicates availability. You can’t add out-of-stock items to your basket. Once your order is placed, stock is immediately allocated to your order and the available quantity is reduced on the site.
We aim for images to be accurate; however, suppliers may change packaging, colours, or ingredients. We update imagery as soon as possible after changes are made.
