How our delivery works
Delivery area: This policy applies to UK mainland postcodes (Great Britain mainland — England, Wales and most of mainland Scotland). Separate charges apply to UK Highlands & Islands postcodes (see table below). If your delivery address is outside the UK (for example: Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish islands, off-shore addresses, BFPO addresses, or international addresses) different charges and lead times may apply; please contact customer services for a quote.
Order cut-off time (UK mainland only): Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00pm (local UK time) are eligible for next working day dispatch and delivery where stated above.
Orders placed after the cut-off or at weekends: Orders placed after 1:00pm on a weekday, or at any time on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed on the next working day and dispatched accordingly. Weekends and UK bank holidays are not working days.
What "next working day" means (UK mainland only): If your order is placed and accepted before 1:00pm on a working day, it will be dispatched the same day and delivered on the next working day. Example: an order placed before 1:00pm on Tuesday — dispatched Tuesday, delivered Wednesday (subject to carrier operations and any exceptional delays).
Courier used for UK mainland deliveries: All UK mainland deliveries are made using DPD, providing reliable next working day service and tracking.
Dispatch notifications & tracking: Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email or SMS from DPD with tracking information (where tracking is available). Please use the carrier tracking link to check the latest delivery status.

Exceptions & delays
Some remote or offshore addresses on the UK mainland and Highlands & Islands may be treated differently by carriers and could incur additional charges or longer transit times.
During peak periods (e.g. sales, Black Friday, Christmas) or due to severe weather, carrier delays may occur. We will notify you by email of any known or expected delays.
If a product is marked as "pre-order" or has a specific dispatch lead time shown on the product page, that lead time applies instead of the next-working-day promise.
Failed delivery attempts & address changes
If the courier attempts delivery and is unable to leave the parcel, they may attempt redelivery or leave details for collection. Please follow the carrier instructions sent in their email or SMS.
If you need to change the delivery address after placing an order, contact customer services immediately. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee an address change once an order has been dispatched.
Returns & cancelled deliveries
If you wish to return an item, visit our Returns policy or contact customer services for instructions. Returns policies and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns policy shown on the Returns page.
If you refuse a delivery or fail to collect a parcel and it is returned to us, any refund may be subject to the original delivery charge and/or the cost of return carriage, unless the return is due to our error.
